Rep. Ted Budd Joins President Trump at White House for USMCA Signing Ceremony
Washington D.C. -- Today, U.S. Representative Ted Budd (R-NC) joined President Donald Trump at the White House for the signing ceremony of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
Rep. Budd served on the USMCA Whip Team, gathering votes for the deal in the House.
Rep. Budd released the following statement after the event:
“I couldn’t be more proud that this landmark trade deal has been signed by President Trump today. The USMCA will grow the economy by tens of billions of dollars, support hundreds of thousands of American jobs, and give North Carolina farmers more access to sell their products beyond our borders.”
